I liked:
Very nice service. It's the best place I've ever been.. Friendly personal made my rest amazing) especially I want to thank for barman Suraj, which working at "Bahari bar" near the beach... It's so nice service and this boy making the most delicious cocktails...so, thanks to all personal of Miramar hotel!:)

I liked:
The room is very big with two extra sofas which is v. Good for families with kids, the activities done all the day is amazing, the spa also was very nice and worth to try, the privet beach is clean with so many things to do like banana boat which we all enjoyed, for families with kids i would recommend rooms on ground floor facing the swimming pool as it has a terrace with a small garden leads directly to the pool which is v. Easy to move in and out, at night u have the option to attend the dinner on the italine resturant (on S. Pool) or have the open bouffet (friday is the arabic night ) i tried both and they were very nice, the staff were very helpful always smiling really want to help, i had my mom on wheel chair and they did all wht they can to make her comfortable and happy.

I liked:
The whole stuff of the hotel and the animation team - the guys are just great!
Food is very delicious! And the sea is just fine - we were lucky not to meet lots of jelly fish this time.
I disliked:
There's almost nothing to do in the evening Andy nowhere to go out from the hotel.

Don´t leave postcards with money for stamps in the reception! They say they will sent the postcards for you, but they don´t. I suppose they throw the postcards away and keep the money./

I liked:
Very warm taff welcome at the gate and reciption, easiness anf fast of chick in and out, high quality of facilities, rooms space, wonderfull beach and pleasnat envirnoment.
Very special thanks to receptionst Ms "Buthaina" and the friendly way of welcome anf goodby.
I disliked:
Need more directional signs on the highway and access to sight.

I liked:
I and my son spent two wonderful weeks at the hotel. We had booked all inclusive and the food was just fantastic. The service was exellent.
Nice pool,nice garden, good music in the evenings and wonderful beach.
I disliked:
The balcony was very small.

I liked:
it was great luxury experience .Room was clean,room service was very good(friendly,on time),the hotel was much better than photos showing in the site.restaurant was very good(Al Majles),lobby bar was fantastic specially the Live Russian band and very good saxiphon guy.swimming pool and beach was very good.I was there with my wife and 2y daughter,she enjoyed playing in kids club(big,clean,good supervisor).
I disliked:
no music in pool bar,Internet site is not match with quality of hotel.

I liked:
I really liked the swimming pool and the beach. I also liked the style of the resorts.
The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of restaurants and the breakfast buffet was very very good.
I disliked:
The swimming pool's water was cold. I asked about the temp. and I was told it was 29 but it felt really cold and lots of people who were sitting there agreed.
The bedsheets were not clean and full of stains and the towels were old and not very clean as a 5 star hotel should be. There was a bad smell in the room.
The life gaurds didn't raelly pay atention to kids. there was one kid that doesn't know how to swim very well and he was having a hard time to reach the shallow part and my husband helped him after hearing his friends screaming and the life gaurds faild to notice this :(
We also weren't informed of the one hour dancing for the kids at the nightclub. I discover it by coincidence.

The overall experience was great. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful including a girl named Polina who was working at the front desk.The food was great in both restaurants and the buffet. I would most definitely go back.

Can I just say that the whole experience was first class, the staff where the most friendly,helpful and curtious people you could ever meet. I hope the management relise this.This is how 5* should be (take notes other hotels)This trip was a 40th birthday surprise for my wife and they made it special and I thank them for that.I would advise,if you can spare 750dhms or £150 take the option of a private tour guide who will drive you around Dubai city on a comprehensive tour (we had mohamid)he was brilliant full 10hrs from pick up to drop back at hotel,saw all the sites.Found no problems with the formentioned staff as in previous reviews.Staff was on the the go from morn to night thier attention to detail was spot on icluding the gardeners who were constantly tidying & maintaining the grounds.Sunbeds placed neatly back every night, pool area cleaned constanly, he even went into the pool to clean the edges (see what I mean(detail)). May I take this oppertunity to thank all the staff at the Miramar for making our stay so warm.Thank You.
I disliked:
The British people who stayed there, who wouldnt give you the time of day and some were rude to staff. I am British myself and embarrased to be after seeing their rudness and arrogance.
Oh yes! and the odd beatle in the room.

I have been to the Miramar last year and am planning to return in September as I enjoyed it so much - I am reading about this lady called Polin on how rude she is - please make sure she does not check me in/out as we don't pay for 5 star services for somebody like her (I can stay at home in the UK if I want rudeness)and not pay money for it!!!!

I liked:
The general stay was acceptable but not at the expected level for a 5 stars resort. Yet, facilities are fine as well the overall services.
I disliked:
On the negative side, I would mention some of the staff was very rude, mean and unpleasant. A man form the reception, another two persons from the bar beach, and specially a woman from the reception (named “Polina” or something like that). How did they get the job?
On the other hand, the rest of the staff was fine.
